Obituary for Donna Shepard

    DONNA LOUISE SHEPARD (Sunderland), 89, of Westerville, Ohio passed peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on February 8th, 2024.

    Donna was born on December 17th, 1934. She grew up in Satanta Kansas. Donna was a majorette for Satanta High School, twirling baton and enjoyed rural life. After marrying her high school sweetheart Emery, lived in California, moved to Houston, Texas, then moved to Ohio in the early 70's. She enjoyed music and could often be heard singing. Donna loved all things creative, painting, singing, and decorating very impressive cakes for her family. She was a fun-loving positive person, who loved her family including her cats.

    She is preceded in death by father Charles Everett (CE) Sunderland AND Mother Myrtle Pearl Sunderland. Loving husband, Emery K. Shepard.

    She is survived by Mickey Shepard (son), and Jana Shepherd (daughter). 4 grandchildren Amie (Kauff), Heidi (Shepard), Christina (Tedder), and Keith (Shepard). 8 great grandchildren Asiaann (Shepard-Baer), Kaiden (Wolfe), Jasmine (Shepard), Jace (Wolfe), Caitlynn (Tedder), Colton (Kauff), Mallory (Kauff) and Kira (Kauff)

    Visitation services will be held at Hill Funeral Home in Westerville, Ohio on February 12th, 2024, from 1pm-2pm. Followed by a graveside service at Northlawn Memory Gardens.
