 Visiting hours at Hill Funeral Home at 220 S. State Street, Westerville on Tuesday from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Eulogies will be at 6:00, rosary will be at 6:30. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul, Westerville, followed by a luncheon at the church. Patricia A. (Schockling) Fox (86) passed away on July 8, 2021.

She was a farm girl from Caldwell Ohio who moved to the big city of Columbus and met the love of her life, Carl Fox. They were married 53 years and they raised eight wonderful children. Debbie (Jay) Huffman, Tami (John) Dunfee, Mark (Janet) Fox, Christy (Steve) Eastwood, Cindy (Michael) Gloyne, Kathy Jacobsen, Kelly O’Neill (deceased) Greg (Georgia) Fox. She leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude and Ignatz Schockling, brothers James and Virgil Schockling, sisters Phyllis Hill and Geneva Shultiss, husband Carl Fox, and daughter Kelly O’Neill. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She adored children and loved the many that she babysat over the years.

She was a born saleswoman and loved selling Tupperware, Christmas Around the World and Avon. She was a member of St. Philips, Church of our Lady and a very active member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed her years volunteering at St. Charles and more recently in St. Paul’s cafeteria along with the funeral luncheon committee. She believed in God, Family and Friends. She will be missed by so many.
