Delores Shoemaker, age 89.

Born January 10, 1935, in Columbus, OH. Passed away March 9, 2024, at home in Etna, OH,

Services at Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State St. Westerville, Ohio 43081 on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Viewing at 11 AM followed by the funeral at 12 PM. Officiant will be Brian Phillips.

Delores was loved by many. She swears she could sing like Sleeping Beauty and bowl like a steam roller.

Delores knew how to have a good time, she loved to dance, family gatherings, and she lived a full life.

She was blessed to have met and loved all of her great grandchildren.

She was known as Delores, Dee, Mom, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, Grandma, Nana, Neena and friend.

She was loved deeply and will be missed.

She was preceded in death by two children, Scott Adkins and Cathy Adkins. brothers Ranell Witt and Arland Witt.

Delores is survived by her son Larry Adkins (Sharon) and daughter Lisa Williams (Randy), a brother Dean Morris (Diana) and a sister Susan Morris.

She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Candace Voigt (Steve), Tiffany Adkins, Marrisa Adkins, Brian Phillps (Emily), Lyndsey Elliott (John), Holly Wolfe (Anthony), Mandy Mahone, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
