Obituary for Joanne Rose Hughes

Joanne Rose Swann Hughes, aged 81, was born February 5, 1939, in Richmond, Virginia.

She lived in Richmond most of her life, but enjoyed traveling with her husband, Wallace Hughes, of 54 years and working with him in their family business. Joanne especially enjoyed her many travels to the Caribbean Islands.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Summers (Hughes), son-in-law, Barry Summers, daughter, Lori Moore (Hughes), son-in-law, Jeff Moore, seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, Saturday, October 10th at 2:00 pm. Family will receive guests at 1:00 pm before the service. Joanne will be laid to rest in Virginia beside her husband.
