Brian Whitley (aka) Uncle Fro, passed away September 11, 2020 at the age of 47.

He was preceded in death by Mother, Vicky Whitley.

He is survived by father, Danny Whitley, sister Amanda Whitley, niece Trinity and nephew Landon. Also by his aunt Judy McGovern, aunt and uncle, Janet and Roby Whitley, cousins Robyn, Lesley, Jeff, Jodi, Jill, and Jon.

He was a beloved brother and friend to his sister, Amanda. And a charismatic, sensitive and caring friend to all that knew him. Inspirational to family and friends. His friends and family always looked forward to events where he would be present such as family trips to Disneyworld with nieces and nephews and other holiday events. His family was everything to him.

To meet him was to remember him. Brian was full of life. He was the life of the party. Always made everyone laugh and carried his theatrical jokes and caricatures. He had a heart of gold. When anyone needed help he was there.

Brian was born in Columbus, Ohio but spent his junior years in Wooster, Ohio before moving back to Westerville where he graduated from Westerville North High School, He was a member of the Marching and Jazz Bands.

A lifelong student of film and movie production he attended Ohio University and Wright State Universities. While at Wright State he produced and directed the short film “Night Swimming” that received a nomination for a regional student Academy Award. It was also entered into the Sundance Film Festival. His favorite movies include Steel Magnolias, Terms of Endearment, Star Wars, King Kong, and Indiana Jones.

He was previously employed at Super Saver Cinema, Regal, and AMC theaters along with free-lance event photography and video before becoming involved in property management. He was last employed as a property manager at Crosswinds.
