Obituary for Kimberly Custer Oldfield

Kim (Custer) Oldfield of Westerville, Ohio, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, August 5th. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Custer. She is survived by her husband John; mother Shirley; brother Rick; and chocolate Labrador “Blue”. Kim was born in Columbus and was a 1976 graduate of Westerville South High School. Kim had worked at May Insurance Company as New Business Coordinator and previously had worked with Dick Klenk Insurance. Kim had a love for the Lake Erie Islands and she enjoyed visiting and decorating their house on Catawba Island. Kim was always very creative and loved to work on her design projects and flower gardens which resulted in many beautiful creations for those around her to enjoy. Family will receive friends 1 to 3 PM Saturday, August 16, 2014 at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State St., Westerville where services will be held at 3 PM Saturday. At the request of family, in lieu of flowers, friends may contribute in her memory to Canine Companions, Delaware, OH.
