Obituary for Margaret Ann Trent

Margaret Ann McLaughlin Trent (89) went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 2, 2023.

Born in Radcliff, Ohio to Dwight and Parnie McLaughlin, Margaret (or Sitter to family and close friends) came to the "big city", Columbus, Ohio soon after she graduated high school. She married her only love, Charles Trent in 1954 and ended up purchasing a house in Westerville, Ohio which was their forever home. Margaret went to beauty school to become a cosmetologist, and she worked for an insurance company until she had children. She became a full-time stay at home mom after that. While her husband was alive, they enjoyed square dancing, camping and bluegrass festivals.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers Dwight Elwood and Duane McLaughlin, and son-in-law Scott Stucky. She is survived by her daughter Tamara Stuckey, daughter and son-in-law Pam (Tom) Lemon, grandsons Trey and Lane Lemon, and several nieces and nephews.
