Obituary for Jack E. Fachman

Jack Fachman aged 94 years old passed away at his home in Westerville, surrounded by his family, Tuesday August 15^th, 2023.

Jack met the love of his life Barbara whom he married in 1948.  He became a member of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, stationed in Lorain, Ohio.  Jack then joined Celina Mutual Insurance which brought him and his family to Westerville, Ohio in 1965.  Jack loved polishing his cars, playing cards, feeding the birds and squirrels in his well-manicured yard, but most of all spending time with friends and family. 

Jack was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara, parents Dorothy and Carl, son Steven Fachman, grandson Patrick and sister Janice Schlegel.  Survived by daughter Jacque; and son David (Alice) Fachman; and grandchildren Cameron, Neil, Emily, Molly and great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Family, friends, and others whose lives Jack touched are invited to the Hill Funeral Home, 220 South State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081 from 10:30am-12:00pm with a service to follow Friday August 18^th, 2023. Interment Resurrection Cemetery 9571 High Street, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.
