June Mobley Shartzer

Born: June 2, 1932, in Grahn, Kentucky, to Earl T. Mobley and Theora Barker Mobley.

Preceded in death by brothers Talmage Mobley, Dearl Mobley, John Mobley, Ralph Mobley, Carl Mobley, and sisters Druise Scott, Mable Clellen and Glenna Phillips, sisters-in-law Ruth Huntsman Mobley, Ruth Bledsoe Mobley, Ruby Mobley, La Verne Mobley, Della Mobley, and brothers-in-law Ken Scott, Jerry Clellen, Delmar Phillips, and Robert “Doc” Webb.

Survived by husband Donald Shartzer, and son Don Shartzer, brother Charles Mobley and sister Linda Webb, sisters-in-law Patsy Hoy, Jackie Gabel, Donna Mobley, and Lisa Ramey.

June is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great and great great-nieces, and nephews, all of whom she loved greatly.  She was also close to many of their respective spouses.  She also had many cousins, 2^nd cousins and on down whom she loved greatly.  Family was very important to her.

June had a long and fulfilled life, working until she was 80 years old.  She had many friends and many significant people who touched her life, such as Hamer Coss and Carolyn Carter.

She was a long-time member of Sharon Woods Baptist Church and of the Eastern Star.  She loved to travel, dance, and attend music concerts.

June touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
