Services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at HILL FUNERAL HOME, Westerville where family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery.

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to our former neighbor of Old Coach Road, Annehurst. She was a constant in our lives and neighborhood. She is missed and remembered fondly by those of us who were honored to have known her.

Anita Long Evans died Saturday August 19, 2023.

She was born on April 30,1925 to Marie and Pearl Long. She was one of six children, all who proceed her in death. She is also proceeded in death by husband Robert and son Robert Jr.

She is survived by daughter Sharon (Steve) Dodson of Hilliard and son Steven (Flo) Evans of Galena, Ohio. Grandson Seth Dodson, granddaughters Sarah Jackman, Leah Mossbarger and Elana Leppo. She had 14 great grandchildren. Member of the American Legion post 171.

Services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State St., Westerville, OH where family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Burial at Blendon Central Cemetery. Pastor Marc Schroeder officiating.

Friends are suggested to donate to Ohio Health Hospice at 800 McConnell Drive. Columbus, Ohio 43214 or their favorite charity in her memory.
