She was the kindest, most loving and caring sister. Will miss discussing the Sunday night PBS mystery shows. And stopping by her house on our way home from trips.

Charlene White (85) of Westerville, Ohio passed away on July 27, 2023.  Charlene was born on May 6, 1938, to James E. Wallace and Evelyn Shaw in Lima, Ohio.  She graduated from Shawnee High School and attended Ohio State University.  Charlene worked at AAA Travel for over 40 years.  After retirement, in 1999, she volunteered at the Westerville Public Library.   
 
In 1961, she married Dan L. White, and they were able to celebrate 50 years together.  They had two daughters, Julianne and Sarah.
 
Charlene and Dan traveled extensively, both professionally and for pleasure.  She was a passionate OSU football fan and enjoyed watching golf.  Charlene was also an avid gardener. She loved her family, especially her four grandchildren.
 
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Judy Brennan.  She is survived by her two daughters and four grandchildren:  Julianne (John) Liming; Sarah and Katherine; and Sarah (Eric) Deisler; William (Hannah)  and Jacob. She is also survived by two sisters, Lenora Shrewsbury and Dianna Early, and numerous nieces and nephews.
