Condolence: Toni was a true champion for the aging population in this community and I know Senior Options hasn't been the same without her. But, I also miss her humor and that twinkle in her eye..that's when you knew something good was coming! We are all better for knowing her and she is truly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence: I am so saddened by Toni's passing. Some of my fondest memories are pounding the pavement with Toni and others as we sought 60,000 signatures to get the first Senior levy in Franklin county on the ballot. Toni was not only dedicated, she always had her wit and humor to lighten any task. She stewarded senior services funds with passion and a steady hand. My heart goes out to you, Ron and all her family and friends.

Condolence: The UTube Hill Funeral Home Memorial Service that I was able to view today was a beautiful tribute to Toni's life. She made a huge difference for so many. A life well lived. Isn't that what we all hope for? All the speakers delivered this message which she well deserved. She was a caring friend and a wonderful mentor for me professionally. She will be missed but never forgotten. How fortunate I have been to call her my friend.
My sympathy to all her family and loved ones.

Condolence: The world is a little poorer with Toni's passing. She was instrumental in helping me to understand county government and a leader in equity before equity was even on most folks' radar. Godspeed, m'lady.

Condolence: Toni Carroll was such an incredible inspiration to me over the 10 years that I worked with her. From her dedication to Franklin County seniors, her passion for helping others especially the vulnerable adults that FCOA served and to making sure work was a place where you felt comfortable sharing your thoughts/feelings. Her laugh was incredible and when she started to laugh you couldnt help but laugh as well. I have so many memories of Toni.I remember I used to joke with her that she drove the same Toyota car that had a dent in it for years and if she was ever going to get it fixed. I remember her charity work and the way she constantly was thinking of new programs she could start to help anyone in need. Toni was a true treasure. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Condolence: To Ron Botts
Ron: Yvonne and I were very sorry to hear that Antonia had left on an early flight to Heaven. We cannot know your pain and feeling of loss, but please accept our heartfelt sympathy.
You are at the top of our list of Pastors we really attuned to; and in our eighties, that says a lot.
If we can help in any way, just call.
