Obituary for Jo Ann Storch

Jo Ann (Karnes) Storch (70), passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 9, 2020 following a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease. She was raised on the west side of Columbus with her parents, Roy and Florence Karnes, and 6 brothers and sisters. Jo Ann attended Bishop Ready High School, where she met, fell in love with, and later started a family with her husband of 46 years, Chuck Storch.

Jo Ann had a successful 30 year career in advertising sales at the Yellow Pages where she made many great friends. She loved dinner nights with her family, long walks with the dog, traveling, having the nicest yard in the neighborhood, spending time with her grandchildren, cruising on the pontoon boat, and all things Notre Dame. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who lit up the room when she walked in it.

She leaves behind her daughter, Nicki Kline and her husband Drew; her son, Trent Storch and his wife Lori; her grandchildren Taylor and Braden, and many other loving family members and friends.
