Obituary for Cleta S. Solt

Cleta Shannon Solt, 89, passed away May 8th 2020 at St. Ann’s Hospital, Westerville, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband: James Robert Solt and infant daughter, parents: John E. Shannon Sr. and Myrtle M. Shannon; brothers John E. Shannon, Jr., and James A. Shannon. She is survived by daughters Shannon Solt Emler (Michael), Claudia Solt Estep (David), Cinda Solt Crumb (David), brother: Gary L. Shannon (Peggy), grandchildren: William R. Wark I, Sean Dustin Estepp (Lindsay), Timothy J. Crumb (Melissa), Lara Crumb, great grandchildren: William Wark II, Evan & Hudson Estepp, and Hayden Smith. And many loving nieces and nephews.

Celta was a graduate of Case Western Reserve in Medical Technology. She worked in several hospitals before moving to Westerville in 1962, where she joined the office of Drs. William Freeman and Tom E. Pappas until she retired after 23 years. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Westerville OH.
