Obituary for Judith A. Fisher

Judith Ann Fisher (Parkinson), age 73, died peacefully in her home, surrounded by the love of her family, on February 8th, 2020.

Judy was was born on November 19, 1946 in Akron, Ohio to parents Jim and Betty Parkinson. She was a graduate of Akron St. Mary’s High School and Akron General Hospital School of Nursing. Judy proudly served as a nurse for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Bill, her parents, Jim and Betty Parkinson, as well as her faithful dog Otis.

She is survived by her children, Aaron, Zachary, Grant, and Emily, stepdaughter Andrea, sons-in-law Houston Brown and Gary Eales, grandchildren Jacob, Jack, and Gio, and honorary grandchildren Claire and Gabe. Also mourning her is her sister, Janet Kidder (Tim) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Judy will also be missed by her granddogs Milkshake and Apollo and grandcats Sebastian and Cayenne.

She loved all things political and was a proud, lifelong Democrat. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. In lieu of flowers, her children ask that you make a donation to a political cause or candidate of your choice while keeping in mind her personal political beliefs.
