Pamela Kay Lively, age 67, passed peacefully on Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Pam was born on August 9, 1952
in Indianapolis at the Methodist Hospital to James W. and Katherine Rosemond (Sharpe) Brown. She was later adopted by Fred M. Lively when her mother remarried and the family moved to California a few years later. Some of her most cherished childhood memories were the drives back to Indiana to visit family,
Pam liked to crochet, knit, make puzzles, read, and studing the Bible. She also enjoyed spoiling her dogs, Coco and Gizmo, and taking them for walks. Her favorite sport was football and cheered the loudest for her Indianapolis Colts.
According to a Facebook questionaire she answered in 2009, her favorite restaurant was Olive Garden, she loved chocolate ice cream, as an adult her favorite vacation was a cruise, and she liked pepperoni, black olives and onions on her pizza.
Recently retired from the State of Ohio Dental Board, Pam also had worked for the Idaho Department of Lands, and PG&E. Worked as a social worker in California and as a dental assistant out of high school.
She is survived by her 3 children, Amy Orrell, Jacob Nozicka, and Melissa McCartney; her 5 grandchildren, Kylee, JT, Savannah, Ricky and Allyson; and her 2 half-brothers, Fred Lively Jr. and Kevin Brown.
