Jack Michael Weygandt was born August 6, 1998 in Tokyo, Japan. He moved to Westerville with his family in July, 2001. Jack attended from age 3 The Children’s Center for Developmental Enrichment (CCDE) and its Oakstone Schools and adult programs after high school graduation until his death. Every Wednesday Jack attended the Columbus Center for Human Services, Inc. (CCHS) Open Door Art Studio in Grandview where he loved to paint. Jack was a long-time athlete in the Westerville Special Olympics Programs. Jack also loved watching his younger brother Luke play high school hockey for the Westerville Warcats. Jack’s love touched all he met and will be missed dearly by those whose lives he blessed.

Jack is survived by his father Jim Weygandt, mother Takako Mori, and brother Luke Weygandt who miss him dearly. Jack is also survived by aunts Jocelyn Weygandt Jones, Jeenah Weygandt Trout, Janet Weygandt Wilson, Atsuko Mori, and grandmothers Yoneko Mori and Barbara Weygandt.
