Condolence From: BURTON (Bud) RILEY, Kent, OH
Condolence: I join the many that mourn the passing of Tommy. As one of Beverly’s brothers, I had the honor of rushing her to the hospital in Akron from Canton, Ohio on a clear early morning of March 22, 1969 to deliver Tommy. Her most beloved husband had a serious back problem at the time and could not drive.

Tommy leaves a Faith strong family…I think of his great grandfather Danner, who was born in 1873, has engraved on his grave stone, “FAITH IS THE VICTORY.” And while, the following is not new for the Cholley family, I share this Scripture: For we walk by faith, not by sight, and we are confident and satisfied to be out of the body and at home with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5: 7 & 8 (HCSB).

Tommy is NOT lost; we know right where he is and someday we will rejoice with him in Glory!

Uncle Bud

Condolence: Tom & Bev, we were so sorry to read of Tom’s passing. It was wonderful to hear how strong his faith remained as he fought the ravages of ALS. It has to be comforting to know he’s home and the suffering has ended.
With sincere regards and continuing prayers for Tom and your family.78

Condolence From: Shirley Stockton, Kokomo, In
Condolence: My dearest neighbors from the past, Tom, Bev, Jeff and Susan. How sad it was to hear of Tommy’s passing. I cannot begin to imagine losing a child, but am so happy Tommy was a Christian and is in the arms of Jesus now. My Terry may be talking to him right now. Lori and I really wanted to be in Westerville to attend the services, but couldn’t make it. We remember those fun nights that Tommy and Jeff played ghost in the graveyard with Lori. What good memories we have of our great neighbors when you lived in Kokomo. And, the fort was even more fun. And, our dogs Snicker and Mikey. That was another story. It seems Tommy never lost his love of life and loving his family and friends. I am so glad Lori and Tommy reconnected on Facebook. May
God be with all of you during this sad time. And, give you peace knowing that Tommy is in his heavenly home. Love you all. Shirley

Condolence From: Linda Gilliam, Columbus, OH
Condolence: Dear Tom, Beverly & Family: I was shocked and saddened to see your son's obituary. Please accept my sincerest sympathy. To lose a child is the worst pain any parent can experience. My Grandmother told me this when she lost her son at the age of 64. He certainly sounded like he didn't let ALS stop him from enjoying family and life. Again, I cannot express how very sorry I am for your loss. My God give you strength as only He can.piy
