Obituary for Willis B. Gibboney

Condolence: I first met Gib as a young Engineer-in-Training with ODOT in 1970. I respected Gib as a dedicated engineer from the bginning. I worked with Gib as an ODOT employee and later as an asphalt contractor. As a Flexible Pavements member and Board member I continued to work to work with Gib and consider him one of the stalwarts of the industry and a good friend.
