Obituary for Sonja "Sonnie" Starr

Sonja “Sonnie” J. Starr, 63, died Monday October 16, 2017 in Columbus.  

Sonnie was born January 22, 1954 in Columbus.  She graduated high school in 1973 from Jonathan Alder.  She lived in Sydney Australia for several years and a left a piece of her heart there.  Sonnie had a flair for the eclectic, loved antiques, and had an enthusiasm that could light up a room.

She is preceded in death by her father Granville Jacobs, mother Garnet Jeanette Seymour, stepfather Cleveland May, Jr., 2 sisters Debra Lynn Peterman and Terri Jo May.  She is survived by her daughter Bryn Miller and husband David; son Zackary Starr, grandchildren Renae, Luke, Natalie and Brooke Miller and several cousins.

The family is having a private service.
