Condolence: Mike and I have special memories of Patsy and her wonderful history of Messiah UMC. We also loved seeing Patsy and Ernie in their scooters attending concerts in the park and Westerville's 4th of July parades. They went everywhere. We will miss her and her knowledge of our home town.
