Condolence: We were deeply saddened to learn Bernie passed away. He truly was one of the nicest, and most genuine person we have ever met. When we had a home built like Bernie and Fran's, they welcomed us in their home, showed us around, and gave us many useful tips and advice on how best to proceed. To us, he was just a terrific man.
