Ruth Farmer, age 94 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 19th in Westerville Ohio. Born 5-7-1921 and raised in WhiteTop Va, she was a beloved Daughter of Willie and Lucinda (Hart) Wingler, Sister, Mother of four - Charlotte (Paul) Devore, Azellia Young, Virgie M. Henegar, John R. Dixon; a sister; Special Friends Sharon McComis and Billie Jo Duty. Ruth has 12 Grandchildren; 29 Great Grandchildren; 12 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services held at 2 PM Tuesday, February 23 at HILL FUNERAL HOME, Westerville, OH with interment in Cheshire Cemetery,
