Condolence: Pam and I grew up together, from kindergarten to graduation. We lost touch after high school but we had talked again a while back on Facebook. I would see Pam's mom at the hospital and she would tell me how she was doing and how proud she was of her and her granddaughter. The Pam I grew up with and will always remember is the pam with th
