Obituary for Pamela A. Johnston

Pamela A. Johnston (Farley) died unexpectedly due to complications of multiple myeloma at the Ohio State University Medical Center on January 7, 2016 at the age of 49.

Pamela is survived by her husband William L. Johnston III, daughter Megan Zdybowicz of Westerville, sister Lana Wood (Scott) of Ostrander and mother Patricia Farley of Newark; father and mother-in-law, William and Connie Johnston; sisters-in-law Susan (Jim) Hughes and Rebecca (Matt)Swearingen; brother-in-law, Lee (Melissa) Johnston. She is preceded in death by father Lanny Farley of Newark.

Pamela was born on April 24, 1966 in Newark, Ohio to Patricia Farley and Lanny Farley . She graduated from Newark High School in 1984 and Chapman University with a degree in Psychology. Pamela worked for the Delaware County Sheriff’s office.

Friends may call 2 to 5 PM Sunday at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State St., Westerville where services will be held at 1:30 PM Monday. Interment Otterbein Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pamela’s life. In lieu of flowers a donation in Pamela’s name to the MMORE for Multiple Myeloma Research Fund is asked by the family.
