Obituary for Cynthia Dixon

Cynthia A. "Cindy" Dixon (Switzer), ago 60 of Westerville, Ohio passed away on December 23, 2015 after a lengthy illness. Cindy was born in Akron, Ohio on February 8, 1955 to Daniel J. & Cecelia M. Switzer. She is a proud graduate of the University of Akron. A long time Westerville resident, Cindy was employed by the city's Finance Department. She spent countless hours volunteering, loved traveling, especially to the beach, and most importantly, sharing time with her family. Cindy was a dog lover, Rolling Stones enthusiast, and margarita connoisseur, Cindy is survived by her husband, Mark R. Dixon and children, Jessica (Scott) Hanes, Jennifer Dixon, and Andrew Dixon. Friends will be received at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State Street in Westerville from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, December 29. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Westerville at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, December 30. The Rev. Fr. David Gwinner Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation, Ohio Chapter.
