John Edward Enterline, 67, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital. John was born in York, PA on March 15, 1948 to Austin H and Elizabeth W. Blankenstein Enterline. He graduated from York High in 1966 and attended York Junior College. In 1969, John moved to Ohio where he attended Ohio State University and Bliss College. John retired from Corporate One in 2014 to pursue his photographic work and travel. As a member of the Westbridge Camera Club since 2010, John won numerous awards for his photographs. His work has been displayed in the Rhodes Tower, the Riffe Center, Black Creek Bistro, the Peggy R.McConnell Arts Center in Worthington and the Columbus Dispatch. John is survived by two sisters, Paula Williams (Rene) of Chambersburg, Susan Keller (Roy) of York, one brother Phillip Enterline (Mary Dawn)of York, his former wife Karen Prosser and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Austin and Elizabeth, his four brothers, Austin (Bea), Robert (Donna), Richard (Dottie), Donald and his long-time partner Paul McGee. He was a member of the King Avenue UMC, 299 King Avenue, Columbus Ohio. A memorial service will be held there on Saturday, October 10th at 1:00 PM. The family would like to thank the Zangmeister Cancer Center and Mount Carmel St Ann's Hospice for their loving care during John's illness. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to these two wonderful organizations.
