Obituary for Joy Kolp

Condolence: I was so sad and shocked to hear of this. I only found out yesterday, as I moved a few years ago (how time flies). But I grew up in the neighborhood, and then, had the pleasure of raising my own son on E. Lincoln. Joy was such a pleasure to know and chat with. I enjoyed conversing and loving on the dogs when she (and Al) would walk by. Oh I am so very sorry to hear this. Words cannot express my sincerest sympathy. What a wonderful person. It was a privilege and an honor to have been a neighbor and know her, even a little bit, yet I am saddened that I didn't take the opportunity to know her better, as I always thought I could learn quite a bit from her. Truly a bright spot.
