Condolences

Condolence From: Steve Gibson, MIAMISBURG, OH
Condolence: John and I became friends in kindergarten. I remember spending nights at his house on Nettie Dr. and he spent nights at mine. We had Mustangs at the same time in high school. He loved that car. We managed to stay in touch over the years, most recently with Facebook messenger. He sent me pics of his current Mustang and what he had been up to. I am so glad we got to at least message each other. Time goes by so quickly, and you always think there is enough. I still have some great memories of my childhood with John. I'm so sorry for your loss and hope God brings you peace.

Condolence From: Al. Blair, Pataskala, OH
Condolence: So sorry for your loss. John and I worked Mid-Shift together for oh so many years. Holidays, Weekends and the occasional Overtime for someone who needed to be off. We had many conversations during when time permitted. His family came first and always let you know how proud he was of Kira, Aaron and Ms Kim. John was very Technical in all aspects of work, cars, Sci-Fi and in his way of explaining things. One thing when talking about solving a problem we would say,if only we could, "Just Keep it Simple". He was always ready to help if ever someone needed assistance.... My Friend John will be missed.

Condolence From: Tanya Smith, Pickerington, Ohio
Condolence: I was so sorry and saddened when I heard the news about John. My deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers to the family. May your cherished memories sustain you during this difficult time.
I worked with John for over 20 years before my retirement. John was so proud of his family, Kim, Aaron, Kira, and Belle. He spoke of them all the time!
John was a technically savvy person and enjoyed working the most complex technical issues on the job. He was somewhat of a perfectionist. Lol
May John Rest In Peace and watch over you and protect you. God Bless you.

Condolence From: James Colley, Columbus, OH
Condolence: I want to extend my condolences to Kim and family. May you look to the heavens with a smile on your face and know that you have an Angel watching over you.

I have known and worked with John for over 20yrs, his desk was located directly behind me. We have had many conversations about correcting the worlds problems, his love of mustang’s, Sci-Fi and conspiracy theories. John was very proud of his children, we talked about them all the time. Whenever Kira posted something new to youtube, I had to see the new creation before I could even clock into work. He bragged on Arron all the time and Kim is the love of his life. I will miss John and our debates/conversations.

A Letter From Heaven

When tomorrow starts without me
And I’m not there to see;

If the sun should rise and find your eyes
All filled with tears for me.

I wish so much you wouldn’t cry
The way you did today;

While thinking of the many things
We didn’t get to say.

I know how much you love me
As much as I love you;

And each time that you think of me,
I know you’ll miss me too.

When tomorrow starts without me,
Don’t think we’re far apart

For every time you think of me,
I’m right here in your heart.

Condolence From: Jim McGuire, Patskala, Ohio
Condolence: While I am a relatively recent retiree from the Federal workforce his passing was quite a shock for me. I hired John into the DISA Columbus work force and over these many years he around me most of this time and actually worked for me at least twice. John was always someone I could count on to 'get the job done' and done right. One of my favorite teases was 'you're a good man, Charlie Brown'. I considered to be a good friend. I will sorely miss my long time friend. My deepest condolences to all of his family and friends.
