Condolences

Condolence From: Steve and Peg Plummer, Astor, Florida
Condolence: Our most sincere condolences to you. I worked with George at Dow for the many years at Granville. He was a great mentor and coach, and a close friend. He always had a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and always a good laugh or two, regardless of the situation. We shared our passion for the water, boats, and water skiing. George helped me develop my slalom technique and we put in a lot of hours behind one our boats. We had many great times on the Muskinghum River, at Dillon, or down on the Ohio.
The obituary was perfectly reflective of him, and extremely well written! Thank you.

We all will miss him!

Condolence From: Doug Wilson, Aiken, SC
Condolence: I've known George for nearly half a century, as a friend, coworker, and even a boss for a while.

When I think about George I'll always remember him as a warm friend with a big heart and a great sense of humor. The obituary written by his children captured him very well.

Farewell, old buddy. You were one of the good ones.
