Condolence From: Lori Shade, Parkersburg, WV
Condolence: Daddy, I miss you more than I could ever imagine. I'm so sorry I couldn't make you well. There is no one that would have wanted a better Dad growing up. We had our disagreements, but even through those I knew you would always love me and be there for me. You didn't kick me out when I brought my first kitten home and you didn't even kick the kitten out although I think you wanted to, but knew it would upset me. I slept downstairs with it that night anyways. You were always the favorite patient at the hospital, and you loved nothing more than to embarrass Mom from time to time with your comments or goofy hats. You showed us how to be honest, and faithful to God in our lives. Thank you for being the amazing Dad you were and I will continue to try to be 1/2 the person you were in this earthly life. Love you always.

Condolence: You were the father everyone would have wanted. You were loved by all and were a man of your word and a man of faith. You were quick witted, never quit “flirting” with the nurses and never complained clear up to the end when we all knew how bad you were feeling. You are now pain free, not struggling for a breath and in a better place but sure are missed by the ones you left behind. I love you so much and miss you so much already.
