Obituary for Patricia Shields

Patricia Ann Shields, age 84 of Westerville, passed away Monday, April 29, 2019. Survived by her husband of 62 years, Jerry Shields; son Jeffrey Shields and his wife Connie of Baltimore, Ohio; grandsons: Benjamin (Rachel), Daniel (Morgan), Jacob and Jared; and her sister Mary Lewis of Tiffin, Ohio.

Pat, also known as "Charlie" to some, was very active in showing dogs for over fifty years.  She was a former president of the Central Ohio Dachshund Club, a member of Central Ohio Chapter of Owner Handler Association, and also a longtime member of Columbus Allbreed Training Club.

For many years, she and her husband instructed local dog training classes for both family pets and competition dogs.
