Obituary for Elaine Leonard

Elaine Leonard, age 77, passed to the Heavens Above on March 8, 2019 at St. Ann’s Hospital following a short illness. She was born November 17, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Floyd and Hilda (Hancock) Shaw. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Ron; her children, Karen Tulga and Eric Leonard (Kristin); Grandchildren, Blake and Bentleigh. Elaine was a retired Public Schools math Teacher. Graduate of Columbus North H.S. (1959) and The Ohio State University (1964). Member of Triangle Chapter No. 592, OES; North Star Shrine No. 45, WSOJ; Thea Court No.5, LOS; Thebes Temple #87, DON and a Life Member of the OSU Alumni Association.

Viewing will be from 4-7 p.m. on March 12, followed by North Star Shrine Service. The Funeral will be Wednesday morning, March 13 at 10:30 a.m. preceded by visitation at 10:00 a.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State Street, Westerville, OH 43081. Donations may be made to the Aladdin Shriners Hospital Association for Children, 1801 Gateway Circle, Grove City, OH 43123 in her memory
