Obituary for Clarence "Dale" Eblin

Clarence “ Dale” Eblin, age 67, passed away May 9, 2018. He was born April 25, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio. A proud resident of Westerville, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary (Howell) Eblin and his brother George Eblin. He is survived by his father, Clarence Eblin; his sister, Gennetta (Randy) Williams; his brother, Mike Eblin; his son Troy (Jodi) Eblin; and four grandchildren, Eric, Courtney, Kailee and Alyssa. He was a graduate of Westerville High School and served as a medic in the military. He loved the outdoors working in agriculture most of his life. As an avid sports fan, he took pride in working OSU football and basketball games. He was a dedicated Chicago Bears fan, catching as many games as he could. He attended many Chicago Cubs & White Sox games as well as Cincinnati Reds. He enjoyed nascar races and spending time on the golf course. He was a devoted member of Grace Fellowship where he eagerly participated in many church activities. He was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed family functions and going to many of his grandchildren sports activities. He was a good hearted, caring man and was loved by all that knew him. Taken from all of us too soon, he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
