I was saddened when I read that your father, James, had passed away. I remember him and my Dad, Alfred (Pete)Tisdale, talking to each other either on our side of the street or your side. He touched a lot of people's lives and he will never be forgotten.

James Virgil Casto passed away July21, 2017 at his residence.  He was a Native of Ripley, West Virginia, born July 21, 1928. A long time resident of Columbus & Westerville, Ohio. Preceded in death by Father, Mother, Sister, Brother and two sons. Survived by worshiped and adored bride of 67 years, Judith Fleshman. Father of Mike (Hollie), Jeff (Marilyn), Katy, (Bill), Steve, (Patty), Meri, (Todd), and Trudy. Grandfather of Karla, Susie, Chrissy, Jamie, Mike, Joe, Chris, Dylan, Madeleine and Sophie. Great Grandfather to Ziggy, Charlie, Penny, Kori, Carson, Janet, Thomas, Nancy and James. Great Great Grandfather to Marvin, Oliver, Luke and Julius. Mentor and champion to hundreds, a good friend to thousands, beloved by all. A true Boy Scout. Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.
