Condolence: Our sympathy to both Doug and Ed. I have fond memories of going to your home and playing with the pedal cars of Doug's (and later Ed's too). Your parents had put down a concrete area to "drive" those cars around on. It was so much fun. Then your mother was very patient with me as I tried to learn to play her organ. I thought that was the best instrument in the whole world. Your mom was a sweet patient lady. Your father left her a fairly young widow to complete raising her "boys". She often in later years would call my mother and Aunt Grace to see how they were doing.
I can't be at the funeral home on Monday as I'm having a tooth extraction done which has been scheduled for a couple months. Don and I hope to be able to come the funeral on Tuesday. Marian and Don Eberhard.
