Obituary for Helen Mae Berger

Helen Mae Berger (Byington) of Columbus passed on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Last year, she was able to celebrate her 90th birthday with her entire family. She was preceded in death by parents Thomas and Mabel Byington; loving husband of 49 years Frank C. Berger. She is survived by her children Carolyn (Tom) Carter, Frank (Mary) Berger, and Diana (Dave) Ferguson; brotherThomas Earl (Amy) Byington; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. Helen is also survived by her dear friend Bob Armbrust. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Kobacker House c/o Ohio Health Foundation. Family will receive visitors at Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State St., Westerville, from 11 – noon on Saturday where a brief service will follow. Burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
