Condolence: My condolences to you all. When I first became a central office technician, in 1994, I was assigned to the Westerville office. Dan called in regularly, to work with me to repair phone service. He was unfailingly one of the most understanding, kind, calm souls I've ever worked with. Over a nearly 33 year career, I can count only a very few like him. I can still hear his voice, as if it were yesterday. Peace.
