Obituary for Ernest E. DeLauder

 

Ernest E. (Gene) DeLauder, age 95 of Westerville, passed away Sunday, July 17 at home surrounded by loving family members.  He was a World War II Veteran and served on the U.S.S. Dayton in the South Pacific.  Retired from Anheuser Busch in 1988.  He was a 50 year member of the Free Masons, a member of Top of the Hill and Still Going Strong Club.  Preceded in death by Margaret, his wife of 56 years, and survived by his daughter Carolyn Driscoll, son Richard DeLauder and daughter Joyce Omlor as well as many grandchildren, spouses and great grandchildren.  Friends may call at Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State St., Westerville on Thursday July 21^st 10:00 - 11:00 followed by the service officiated by Pastor Wayne Booth.  Burial will follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens.
