Wayne & I were privileged to be acquainted with Bill through Chris Rano. We would attend concerts at Grace Brethren Church & enjoy wonderful meals & fellowship together. Bill was a man of great character and had a strong faith in God. I'm happy to know that he is HOME in the loving arms of His Father in Heaven for eternity. He will be missed here, yet find comfort in knowing that we will be reunited again!
