Obituary for Louise Jewett

Louise Watson Jewett gained her wings on June 24, 2021.

She lived in Columbus Ohio. She was born on August 1, 1946, and raised in McCreary County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Andrew and Bonnie Watson. While living at home in Kentucky, she accepted God into her life and was baptized in Rock Creek on May 2,1965 by Willis Watson.

She later moved to Columbus, Ohio where she was married to Thomas Jewett. She had two kids: John William Jewett and Annette Nicole Jewett. She had two grandchildren by her daughter, Annette; Kenzie and Mitchell. They were Louise’s pride and joy. She thought the sun rose and set in her grandchildren. She was raised in a big family: 12 brothers and sisters.

She is preceded in death by her son John Jewett, her parents Andy and Bonnie, sister Ethel, and two brothers: Larry Jack Watson and Robert Duke Watson. She is survived by her daughter Annette Jewett Stokes, grand kids Kenzie and Mitchell, 6 sisters: Clora Fotis (Ray), Novella Jones, Dovie Christopher (Alan), Betty Newton, Wanda Haynes (Billy), and Barbara Rose (David); and 3 brothers: Jerry Watson Brown, Andy Jr., (Dorenda), and Stanley Watson (Debbie), many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Friends may call Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 11 AM to 12, noon at HILL FUNERAL HOME where services will be held at 12 noon.
