Obituary for Betsy Hathaway

Elizabeth Ann (Betsy) Hathaway, First Lady of Aladdin Shrine 2011, age 68 passed peacefully with her family by her side March 5, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.

The heart of her family, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Betsy enjoyed traveling, gathering with friends and family, playing Euchre, and Christmas. Her infectious, fun loving sprit will carry on through all who knew her.

Betsy is preceded in death by parents James and Ruth Price as well as her daughter Rebecca Ann Hathaway. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years Steve, son Joe (Jennifer) Dandrea, daughters Stefanie Burnett and Katie Hathaway, grandchildren Cole and Mia, brother Michael (Kate) Price, sister Jeanne (Gary) Green, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held May 22, 2021 from 2-4 pm at Hill Funeral Home, 220 S State St, Westerville, OH 43081.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Aladdin Shriners Hospital Association for Children, 1801 Gateway Circle, Grove City, OH 43123.
