Condolences
Condolence From: Jim Wilson, Estero, FL
Condolence: So sad to hear of Jim’s passing and condolences to Joyce and the family. Jim and I started with Ashland downtown Columbus in the 60’s and spent a lot of hours carpooling from various houses in Columbus and Westerville. Sharing stories of how the kids were doing, talking baseball, and enjoying the ride. A nice guy with a great sense of humor, a life well lived.
Condolence From: Glen Farley, Marysville, OHIO
Condolence: It was my pleasure to know Jimmy and work with him for over 25 years at Ashland. Jim was an outstanding man, kind and with a great sense of humor. Once you knew Jim you knew that he loved his family and his God. He was devoted to both. In addition to a successful business career, Jim enjoyed soccer officiating and took tremendous satisfaction in his Toastmasters speeches. He could "bring down the house" with his humorous talks! The world is much poorer with his passing. God Bless Joyce and Jim's family in this difficult time.
Condolence From: Bill & Cathie DOTZAUER, Columbus, OH
Condolence: What a sad note to hear of Jim's passing. Our prayers go out to him and his family. I had many enjoyable years working with Jim he was always kind, funny and a pleasure to know.
He will be missed by all who new him.
We will not be able to attend the service.
Condolence From: FRANK SPRING, NEW YORK, NY
Condolence: My brother-in-law, Jim, was one of the kindest -- and often funniest -- people that I have ever had the privilege to know. His devotion to his family and friends, and the many organizations/movements that he supported over the years is a testament to his decency and humanity. What we call here in New York, a real "mensch".
He will be missed, but forever live in our hearts.
Condolence From: Quinlan Brennan, Washington, DC
