In Memory of My Lovely Sister,Best Friend and Confidant
My sister Cha,was someone I leaned on. She listened to to my ups and downs, She celebrated happy times with me and comforted me when things were not so happy. Her quiet soothing words always made me feel better.
My heart is broken, I will miss her heart and soul. I do know that she will always be their for me as my angel.
May the lord embrace her as she arrives and reunites with her beloved John.
You were a blessing to all who had the privilege to know you, wife, mother, mother-law, sister, aunt, friend,we were given a gift.
Memories of you will never cease
I LOVE YOU
YOUR SISTER PRITZIE

Obituary for Virginia Patti

Virginia Patti 1927-2020

Virginia Patti

05/17/1927 - 08/16/2020

On August 16, 2020, Virginia “Cha” Patti went to be with the Lord in her home in Westerville, Ohio at the age of 93.

She was born on May 17, 1927, in Girard, Ohio to Salvatore and Stella Maiorana. Her parents were immigrants from Italy. She was the second oldest of twelve children. As the oldest girl of all the siblings, Virginia had to grow up fast and because of this she developed a strong caretaker mindset, where she always put others above herself. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, aunt, and grandmother.

She married on July 17, 1954, to John Anthony Patti, Sr and the couple had a long and joyful marriage of 46 years. They had three children whom they raised in the Catholic faith. Virginia loved God with her whole heart, soul, and mind. Her actions and words served as worship to Him. Her loved ones have faith that she is resting joyfully in her husband's arms and at peace in the presence of the Lord.

Virginia “Cha” was the glue that held together her immediate family. She was the one that brought everyone together, celebrating every holiday and milestone she could. Any excuse to get the whole family together brought her great joy, excitement, and purpose. There was nothing in this world she loved more than God and her family. Virginia leaves a servant-hearted legacy, one where anyone and everyone has a seat at the table and always leaves with a full belly, but not without some Dove chocolates on their way out.

She is preceded in death by husband John Anthony Patti, Sr., brothers Philip (Lori) Maiorana, Anthony (Tina) Maiorana, Salvatore (Helen) Maiorana, Ferdinand (Sandy) Maiorana, Gaetano (Donna) Maiorana, sisters Maria (Louis) Esposito, Stella Petko, and Rosa (Bill) DeVaul.

She is survived by her children Gae (Jim) Snyder, John (Nancy) Patti, and Stella (Mark) Morrisson, as well as her grandchildren Patrick Snyder, Gina Snyder, Alissa Morrisson, Samuel Morrisson, Tony (Nicole) Patti, Phillip Patti, and Matthew Patti. Also, brother Eugene (Marion) Maiorana, and sisters Providenza (Ray) Colantuoni and Carmela (Ted) Kramer, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations by mail to Grace Hospice (355 E Campus View Blvd Ste 270, Columbus, OH 43235), or to the Arthritis Foundation https://www.arthritis.org/donate
