Obituary for Carlton "Gene" Francis

Condolence: I believe I can speak in behalf of the many FAA retires when I say Gene was one of the most respected among us. We all have fond memories of Gene during and after our FAA time. Like so many have stated,Gene always had a smile and a helping hand. The world would be a better place today if the world leaders had the qualities of Gene. We share in the families grief this day.
