So sorry to hear of the passing of Dan’s father- although I had not met him I can see that spark and resemblance in his wonderful photo. I can only imagaine how much happiness and support he received from you both. My thoughts and prayers are with you. With loving wishes for peace and comfort.

Harold Roy Rees, age 82, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Country View Nursing Home in Sunbury, Ohio. He was married to his beloved wife, Doreen for 47 years.They enjoyed many things together, including traveling out west, getting together with their close friends, and taking family vacations camping with their two sons in Canada. He was an avid fisherman and his favorite thing to do was deer hunting with his youngest son Dan. He was an Army Veteran and proudly served his country until 1962. In the last 8 years, he developed a wonderful relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ and attended church regularly. Preceded in death parents Paul (Elsie) Rees and by his loving wife Doreen (Mathers) in 2010. Survived by his son Dan (Sacheen) Rees, daughter Pamela (Brett) Biggerstaff, son Thomas Rees, granddaughter Crystyn (three great grandchildren) and many close friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Angela Bucci and Dr. Patricia Bacon for the exceptional care and personal relationships given to Harold and Doreen over many years.
