Obituary for Bruce Buzza

Bruce A. Buzza, age 60, of Westerville, Ohio joined the company of the Lord on February 26, 2018. He was raised in Canton, Ohio, son of Richard and Ida (Jackson) Buzza. Both his Father (2018) and Mother (2002) preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother, David and wife Candi Buzza of St. Petersburg, FL along with his six nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his partner Barbara Moseley of Westerville. Bruce graduated from Oakwood High School in Canton, Ohio and then earned his BS in Journalism from Ohio University where he was also an active member of Lamba Chi Alpha Fraternity. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration from Franklin University. He served in numerous professional positions including Director of Communications for the Ohio Banker’s Association as well as Director of Marketing Research at Nationwide Insurance. He was a long time member of Church of the Messiah United Methodist Church in Westerville and First United Methodist in North Canton, Ohio. His lifetime of volunteership included the Heart to Heart Foundation and Meals on Wheels. Bruce also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
