Friends may call 6 to 9 PM, Friday, October 20, 2017 at HILL FUNERAL HOME. Funeral Services wil be held at 9 AM, Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Church of Solid Faith, 501 E. Broad St., Columbus. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery.

My deepest condolence go to you Elizabeth, Goldtina, Mr Lamin, Mr Savsage, the grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as Auntie Damaris' entire family. The passing of Auntie Damaris is a big loss to you all, and to someone like me also who had come to love and respect her so much. Despite your grief, I know you will always look back as time goes by, and dwell on the wonderful mother she was. A mother whose love for her children and grand children was selfless, and console yourselves on the legacy she left by the way she lived her exemplary christian life to those of us who witnessed it.
May she continue to rest in perfect peace.

It is with gratitude to God for a life well spent. I hereby announce the death of our beloved mother on Friday the 6th of October, 2017. Mrs. Damaris Elizabeth Modupeh Aparah-Williams. She was 90 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Eustace Aparah-Williams and son Wilsworth Morgan commonly known as Ajotie (one word) of the Freetown Central one fame. She is survived by two daughters and a son, Elizabeth Savage, Goldtina and Samuel; sons-in-law Mr. Ibrahim Lamin and Mr. Mohamed Savage; several nieces and nephews in Maryland, North Carolina and Freetown Sierra-Leone; grandchildren, Olayinka Wilsworth Jnr, Sylvanus, Ebun, Samuel (King Soloman), Abraham Lamin and Akeem Lamin; great grand children Mathius, Goldtina (one), Goldtina (two), Elizabeth, Samuel, Daniel, Michael and Martha . Mom, you were our best friend. The home is silent without you, we love you more but Jesus loves you best. Till we meet to part no more, good bye, good bye.
