Richard graduated from St. Mary’s High School and Ohio Northern University school of pharmacy, and had a long career as the best Pharmacist that ever lived in both Marion OH where he owned Werley Pharmacy, and ultimately in Punta Gorda, FL and surrounding areas where he worked at Publix Pharmacy. He will also be missed by his 4 grandchildren of whom he was so proud, Timothy Carl Joseph Whisenant of Austin, TX, Katie Mosher of Tallahassee, FL, Madeline (Maddy) Whisenant of Seattle, WA, and Kevin Mosher of Lafayette, IN. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Olga (Lowinger) Werley of Westerville, OH and brother-in-law Bill Philipps of Concord, OH as well as numerous nieces and nephews from both the Werley and Terzo sides of the family. The family would like to thank Dr. Jean Murphy and Kelly of the Millennium Physicians Group and also Jan and Oliver of Bayfront Homehealth, who always gave Dad the best of care and comfort.
