Charles (Chuck) “Dolly” William Billingsley, 65 of Westerville, Ohio succumbed to colon cancer peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Charles is survived by his wife Betty (Morse) of 41 years; daughters, Quinn (Anthony) McMillin and Kate (Thomas) Goad; granddaughter, Evelyn McMillin; brother and sister-in-law Victor (Betsy) Billingsley; sisters-in-law Susan Kestella and Beatrice Cook; brother-in-law Bill (Paula Morse; his sugar Court family and Bluffton College Dare Devils. Charles was born on November 8, 1951 in Mariemont, Ohio to the late Victor and Marcella (Curtis) Billingsley. He graduated from Batavia High School in 1970 and Bluffton College in 1974 with a degrees in Business and Psychology. He began his career with Sherwin-Williams after graduation managing stores in Marysville, Mount Vernon, and Cambridge, Ohio. He ended his 33 year career as a sales representative in the Columbus District. After retirement, he worked for Surface Quest. He enjoyed going t the Reds, Clippers, Bengals, Ohio State basketball games, golf tournaments, playing cards and traveling. Friends may call 1 to 2:30 PM Sunday at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State St., Westerville where a Celebration of Chuck’s Life will follow at 2:30 PM. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to Zangmeister Cancer Center or Mount Carmel Hospice.
